Each month we will be checking your progress. If your progress slows or stagnates we will regularly assess and make adjustments to ensure progress.

What if I don't know how to do certain exercises?

I provide detailed instructions, video demonstrations and ongoing support. If you ever feel unsure about an exercise, message me, and I'll clarify or suggest alternatives.

How will we stay in touch?

We'll communicate regularly through my fitness app & WhatsApp for both messaging, check-ins, questions and feedback. Plus, you'll have access to our community group for extra motivation and support.
